Bentley is a principal of Crest Residential where he is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investment and development opportunities across the Southeast and Texas.

Prior to joining Crest, Bentley was partner of MN Capital Strategies, a multifamily investment company located in Birmingham, AL.  While at MN Capital, Bentley primarily focused on procuring institutional class development opportunities in partnership with prominent multifamily groups across the Southeast.  In this role Bentley focused on site selection, market analysis, financial projections, project due diligence, investor relations, structuring investments and managing project entitlements.  During his 10+ years of multifamily experience, Bentley has been involved in the development of over 4,300 units, representing an investment of over $535,000,000.

Bentley received his bachelor of science in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College.
