Caswell joined Crest Residential as the controller in January of 2020. Caswell manages the financial reporting for Crest Residential and all of Crest’s projects, including financial statement preparation, liquidity monitoring and projections, LLC management, investor management and reporting, lender compliance, along with back-office oversight.

Prior to joining Crest, Caswell worked for the public accounting firm RSM US LLP in the tax services group, where he performed tax consulting services on clients ranging across multiple industry lines. He started his career as a senior accountant for a property management firm, where he was responsible for the financial reporting of a portfolio of residential apartments.

Caswell received a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Alabama, and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Georgia and Alabama.
