David is a founding member and principal of Crest Residential.  David brings over 18 years of construction experience to Crest and oversees the construction and design development process from preconstruction to project closeout. 

Prior to co-founding Crest, David worked in preconstruction for several years before becoming a project manager on both commercial and multifamily projects.  David then continued his multifamily experience working as the chief estimator for a student housing development company. Lastly, as partner at a prominent multifamily development group, David was involved in all phases of the development process, while still focusing on the execution of the construction and quality control.  David has been involved in the development of more than 6,300 multifamily units with a total investment in excess of $785,000,000.

David graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor of science in building construction.
