Paul is Director of Asset Management for Crest Residential.  Paul assists in management of the development process from pre-construction design development through project stabilization. Paul also works with management companies to oversee the day to day operations of the assets, leasing activities, and property maintenance.

Prior to joining Crest, Paul worked in a similar capacity at a prominent multifamily group in the Southeast where he was directly involved in the development of 6,000 multifamily units across more than 20 properties. 

Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and also received his Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University.
