Peter serves as Director of Preconstruction and Compliance for Crest Residential where he assists with project pursuits, planning and due diligence.  Additionally and primarily, Peter is responsible for the oversight and coordination of design, budget, schedule, quality, safety, company compliance and project turnover toward ultimate completion and success.

Peter joined Crest in early 2023 with 30 years of experience in real estate development and design and construction management of Mass Grading / Infrastructure, Class-A Office, Retail, Athletic, Senior Housing, Student Housing, Single and Multi-Family Residential project types.

Peter received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
