Shane serves as Crest Residential’s Director of Construction Operations where he is responsible for the management, coordination and supervision of projects. 

Prior to joining Crest, Shane held multiple general contractor and developer positions in the construction industry from estimator, superintendent, project manager and owner’s representative. Shane brings over 20 years of experience to the Crest team across the multifamily, student housing, commercial and hospitality sectors. He has been directly involved in the construction and development of over 7,500 units.
